Some Dope Black Girl AKA “JUNKDREDZ” was born in the summer of 88 in Camp Lejuene, NC. She obtained her bachelors degree in Psychology at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University located in Greensboro, NC, commissioned into the United States Air Force then went on to achieve her masters degree from Liberty University in Human Services: Family & Marriage Counseling in Lynchburg, Virginia. She enjoys coffee in a cozy place, watching the rain, creating, listening to music, reading, writing and daydreaming. She has a supportive and loving husband as well as a curious and rambunctious son. Junkdredz’s trademark is not only her honest and candid blogs & podcast but her creative, vintage, upcycled jewelry and clothing line entitled JUNK APPROVED & her generously ornamented locs. Her hair contains over 200 pieces of unique accessories such as silk and ribbon wraps, a teapot, fishes, rubber duck, flowers, Pandora beads, keys, stars, a pharaoh, a Nefertiti, a vine, spoon, potted plant, safety pin, lollipops, silver coils, a lemon, a apple, positive words, a treasure chest, genie lamp, assorted crystals, sea shells and a scuba diver! To this day she is the only one that has seen ALL of the ornaments within.
